Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes, on certain products, however we can sell in smaller quantities than most wholesalers. For instance, certain brands of shirts have no minimum while other have a minimum order of 12.
Q. How do I get my shirts to be $5 or less per shirt?
A. Prices differ based on the brand of shirts you choose. Name brands will be more expensive than lesser known ones. Also, the quantity you order has a huge impact on price. The more shirts you order, the cheaper the price.
Q. How long does it take for an order to be shipped and arrive?
A. We offer two shipping options. Standard shipping which ships from our facility in 5-7 days. Rush shipping ships from our facility in 2-4 days. Transit time can vary from 1-5 days. If you need faster production please contact us before placing your order.
Q. Can I place my order over the phone?
A. Give us a call at 206.769.4460 (Washington) or 405.822.6950 (Oklahoma) and we can talk about your order. However, the easiest and cheapest way is to order online. That way you know exactly what you’re getting with our online designer.
Q. Do you accept purchase orders?
A. No, payment must be made through our website, and received before we ship or print any product.
Q. Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
A. Screen printed products such as t-shirts and apparel will be proofed prior to production. Digitally printed products like banners and stickers will not.
Q. Can you fix my artwork if it is not good for printing?
A. We can. Email the artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
Q. Can I change my order once it has been placed online?
A. No. Due to our workflow and processes changing an order after it is placed can be very problematic. Orders can be canceled and replaced with no extra charges if done within 24 hours or before proofs are sent out.
Q. Can I cancel my order placed online?
A. Yes, order can be canceled at no cost within 24 hours or before proofs are sent out. After that time a Minimum charge of $10.00 will apply. This is because by that time our designers have prepared files for print and created proofs.
